Nathan Mimms

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Nathan received his Architecture degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1995 and has been a licensed Architect since 2002. Nathan joined Tyler Building Systems in 2001. He is the Architect of Record for all design.

He is married with 3 children and is a faithful part of Flint Baptist Church.

Dylan Abbott

A Northeast Texas native, Dylan began his construction career as an electrician. He has many years of hands-on experience and is a licensed Journeyman Electrician. Dylan joined Tyler Building Systems in 2024 as a Construction Manager.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending quality time with his family, particularly hunting and fishing.

Kale Liles

An East Texas native, Kale served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Army. After returning home, Kale gained extensive experience in land development and residential construction. Kale joined Tyler Building Systems in 2025 as a Construction Manager.

Kale is married with two children and enjoys camping, boating, and golfing in his time away from work.
